Allison Mack
NXIVM (a personal development company established by Keith Raniere in the 1990s) received national recognition when the New York Times exposed the pyramid scheme and the cult group that forced female participants into sexual slavery. Raniere was arrested several times and indicted on federal offenses. In July of 2019 she was convicted of racketeering and sex trafficking. In that time frame there were a variety of individuals such as an heir to the Seagram fortune as well as a daughter a former Dynasty actor -- were exposed as members or recruited by. There was none as shocking as Allison Mack. Soon after she was arrested in April, 2018, reports alleged that the seemingly well-mannered actress was actually a prominent participant in the sex cult responsible for recruiting women as slaves as well as branding these women. Mack admitted guilt to charges in April 2019. Now, she is in the process of awaiting her sentence. In the past few years the trial, a number of television shows have provided insight into the NXIVM Cult practices and Mack's involvement. Mack confessed at the time she had two potential opportunities for the future. "I am looking forward to doing another show on TV. I believe it's simply a matter of finding the perfect project" she said. "I've been able to really be able to listen to myself and be able to recognize my voice. I know what is best for me and what's important to me. And also, for me to have people who believe in me."
