Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession She began competing in fitness competitions when she was just 16 years old. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, at 17 years of age. After quitting her gymnastics career and pursuing a competitive career, she started competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card at age 17. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the oldest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her pro card to pursue her education. Then she came back in the year 2015 and picked up where she previously left off taking part in elite contests including The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting new goals. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel Ariel Ariel took the time off for six years from competing after earning her pro card to finish her college education. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She finished with a third-place finish. In summer 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified for Fitness Olympia. A few months later she took to the Olympia stage to take home the 6th position within the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud of her 6th position in the Fitness Division even though she not having any expectations. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rows single arm lat pull-downs using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. It is common to warm up prior to the workout. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her back exercises. It involves three or four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
